A 2 night stay at The Colonial House is compulsory

Payment Policy:

A 15% deposit is payable when you confirm your booking. Balance payment is required direct to the owner at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date. All ancillary charges should be cleared upon departure in cash.

Cancellation Policy:

15% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations notified within 4 weeks of booked arrival date and where balance has been submitted, a refund will be given less one nights stay of the booked rooms.

Additional Information:

At The Colonial House, there is a Christmas/ New Year surcharge of 15% from the 18th December to 8th January.
